Cleaning a vehicle in direct sunlight, especially on hot days, is inadvisable. In these conditions, the vehicle is hot to touch, and the interior might also be hot.
Water and other chemicals such as glass cleaner and interior cleaner fluids will evaporate very quickly in these conditions, and windows and bodywork might show signs of limescale spots appearing when the water evaporates.

If possible choose a time, or have a location available, that will provide shade when your vehicle is cleaned. If this is not a possibility, extra work might need to be performed to acheive a standard of finish. We will advise upon arrival.
WET CLEANING
When performing our Interior valet and full valet services, we make every effort to remove as much cleaning fluid from the upholstery as possible, but it will remain wet until it dries naturally. It will be necessary to leave your windows open slightly afterward, to facilitate the interior drying.
This is totally unavoidable, so it is advised to book these services when you are able to allow it to dry naturally. For fabric interiors where the seats are wet, we will provide a disposable seat cover for the driver's seat, to enable essential journeys.

CUSTOMISED VEHICLES
Services such as plastic trim restoration on wheel arches and underbody cleaning cannot be performed to some customised vehicles, due to limited access to those areas. Examples of such exclusions are those with lowered suspension, and non-standard wheel sizes where the wheel and tyre prevent unhindered access to the wheel arches.

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
We understand that sometimes an appontment needs to be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. Please let us know as soon as possible, in any case no later than 24hrs before your appointment.
Unfortunately, rain and other extreme weather events have the tendancy to spoil a lot of plans. These are circumstances beyond everyone's control. If heavy rain is a 100% certainty for the day of your appointment, we will not be able to safely or effectively clean a vehicle and will call you to arrange an alternative time, subject to availability.

If only rain showers are predicted, we will turn up at appointments and clean your vehicle, weather at the time permitting. Should it be consistently raining on arrival, we will offer an alternative appointment, subject to availability.
