Our prices listed on this website are quoted as "FROM". This is due to the fact that some vehicles are not regularly cleaned, or may be heavily soiled or contaminated, and will require an additional amount of time and effort to clean to an acceptable standard.
 

Please note that our "Service Cleans" services are designed to maintain a car's cleanliness, and vacuuming of soiled interiors which require vacuuming of over 20 minutes will be subject to additional cost to bring them to an acceptable standard. Advice may be given that upholstery, mats and carpets will require an interior valet to bring them up to a better standard.
 

Some marks or stains on vehicles will require alternative methods to rectify. Things like tree sap, iron fallout and tar spots are examples of exterior imperfections that require additional treatment. Engrained dirt like scuff marks on interior door or boot panels caused by shoes or loading items into the boot will also require additional treatment and may still be visible after treatment. Damage to interior panels can be irreversible, but their appearance improved with such treatments.
 

We may not be able to remove all stains or soiling. Use of vehicles without protective mats combined with poor quality carpets or upholstery, combined with not cleaning a vehicle regularly can lead to irreversible soiling. In such cases customers will be advised and efforts can be made to achieve the best result possible.
 

All vehicles will be subject to an inspection and appraisal of the work required to acheive an acceptable standard, before work commences.  Should the vehicle require more time to complete the cleaning, you will be advised, and provided with an amended no obligation quote to carry it out.  It may be the case that we have to book extra work in at a later time and date to carry it out. In such cases, we can offer an interim clean until such time as we are able to book you in.
 

Any priced quoted without actually seeing the vehicle in person is subject to an inspection and appraisal of the condition, before cleaning commences.
